Some are speculating that this footage is another fake UFO sighting while others are siding with the natural phenomenon theory.

I have to admit, if I were a resident of Moscow right now I’d be shitting my pants.

According to a weather department spokesperson at Moscow, “Several fronts have been passing through Moscow recently, there was an intrusion of the Arctic air too, the sun was shining from the west — this is how the effect was produced.”

As logical as this explanation seems, one can’t help but wonder if this is another government cover up. So far, no other videos of the cloud formation have surfaced.
