Cockatoos are clever birds that often imitate the actions of their owners. We’ve all seen the pet parrots that can talk and dance, but this one is something special. He enjoys patting the family cat!

It must be a little bit scary for this kitty. I’m not sure I’d like to see that big claw coming at me! I’m not sure whether he sits so still because he enjoys the bird’s attentions, or because he’s too terrified to do anything else!

But I like to think these natural enemies have developed a friendship against the odds. Goodness knows the cockatoo is doing his best to win over this furry feline!
