Technology is annoying at times, especially computers when they go wrong. So when this guy couldn’t get his mother’s laptop to switch off, he rang Dell Tech support.

Tech support guys are annoying at times, they are employed to help their company’s customers of course, but they also need to keep you on the premium rate phonelines as long as possible too.

This YouTube video shows the phone call which took place between a Dell Tech support guy and an impatient irate customer. The guy seems to be an aggressive redneck who is close to just throwing the computer out of the window.

I’m not going to give the ending away, just watch the damn video (or at least listen). One thing I will say is HA, the patient tech guy must have been sat there so self satisfied at the end!
