I’ve been drunk plenty in my life. I know what it looks and sounds like. Diane Sawyer may deny it but it sure as hell looks like she was on something during the ABC election night coverage.
Sawyer is regarded as a safe pair of hands, a consummate professional, someone who will deliver the goods time and time again. Unfortunately the demon drink can affect anyone and everyone.
I’m not saying Sawyer was drunk on ABC last night, but I also wouldn’t be surprised if she was having a crafty glass of wine during the commercial breaks. I know I was.
Other explanations could include tiredness, caffeine, prescription drugs, or pure, unadulterated adrenalin. Yeppers.
