Ok, for those of you unaware, daytime TV exists of soaps, talk shows and court shows. These are really court cases and real people in the middle of real lawsuits, and they go on TV to get berated by a crazy judge because their court fees will be covered.

That’s how I understand it anyway; but I have to give major kudos to this crazy Judge Judy for being so outlandish and blunt to this ebay scammer. After getting scammed myself 9 years ago, I know the frustrations of trying to get your money back and the frustrations that these scammers can do it again.

I of course did not sit back and take it either, getting the secret service involved was the only way I was able to resolve my case. But Judge Judy put the smack down on this lazy scammer, who tried to claim that she sold “pictures” of a phone for approximately $200 each.

She stuck by her story, but who in the world would pay $200 for a picture of a cell phone. Grrrrr! I’m so glad she got what she deserved, plus some.
