The man falling in this clip blames the incident on a stomach virus. Though, I happen to have another theory:

Finally, someone understands how bad the economy is.

At first glance, it’s very easy to blame Glenn Beck and his crew for being a bit cold-hearted during this incident. When a man tells you he’s passing out, I’m not sure my first response would be to shake his hand. Even after he falls the crew don’t make any moves to help him.

As it turns out, Glenn knew the man (David Buckner) very well and was sincerely concerned with his safety. In this clip he explains that David’s eyes were still open when he fell and that no one moved because they thought it might be some sort of prank.
