Eddie Vedder On Ukulele Video | Pearl Jam Frontman Performs ‘Can’t Keep’ From Album

You may not believe this but Eddie Vedder is releasing an album consisting entirely of songs performed on the ukulele. Yes, that Eddie Vedder, frontman of Pearl Jam, and yes, the ukulele, that tiny four-stringed instrument that everyone can play with a little bit of encouragement.

The album is called Ukulele Songs, which admittedly isn’t exactly inspiring, but still, it sums it up perfectly. And by all accounts it’s actually pretty damn good.

This video shows Vedder performing Can’t Keep, the first single to be released from Ukulele Songs. And I have to admit it’s damn catchy, certainly enough so that I’d like to hear more.

Can’t Keep is available now through digital retailers, while the album is being released on May 16 in the U.S., May 15 internationally.
