As you’ve probably heard by now, we recently lost legendary motorcycle daredevil Evel Knievel. As a tribute, here is a video of one of his stunts that didn’t quite go as planned. In this clip, he attempts to jump the fountains at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas.

Why honor him with a video of one of his stunts that went horribly wrong, and actually left him in a coma for nearly a month, you ask? Because one of the most amazing things about this guy was that he didn’t let things like this stop him. Sure, you could call him crazy for it, but it also goes to show how dedicated he was to entertaining his fans.

Evel Knievel will be missed by many. But through videos of his amazing stunts, he will live on.
