When I first came across this video I was intrigued. Not because I believed it or anything, but because the guy in the video seemed to believe it so firmly.

By reading just a few of the comments on YouTube though, the truth comes out. If you follow the link to the guy’s website, there’s a link to a pension planning company.

It turns out this is just one of a series of adverts for a Swedish retirement planning company.

It’s a shame it’s not real, but of course it couldn’t be. Even if time travel were possible, then meeting yourself from the future would throw up all sorts of ethical and moral dilemmas, as well as a paradox.

So, just a viral marketing campaign, but a brilliant one at that.
