Pokemon Go is a phenomenon right now, with 100 million people having downloaded the smartphone game starring Nintendo’s famous characters.
However, Pokemon has its roots on Nintendo’s own handheld games consoles, and the company hasn’t given up on them. In fact, two new titles, Pokemon Sun and Moon, are due out in November 2016.
This video shows the first trailer for Pokemon Sun and Moon, and it really doesn’t show much footage from the new game. Instead, it offers a retrospective, looking back at the 20 years of Pokemon that have led up to the new games.
Pokemon Sun and Moon are the seventh-generation of Pokemon games, and will be released on the Nintendo 3DS. And I’ll take a proper Pokemon game over Pokemon Go any day.
