Cat Shit One (or Apocalypse Meow as it is called in the states) has to be one of the weirdest anime series I’ve come across. It hasn’t yet been released, but simply by looking at this trailer you can get an idea of how strange the show’s concept is.
Finally, fans of cute bunnies and bloody war violence have something to watch.
At first glance, Cat Shit One looks like a kiddy video game commercial. But after the graphic shooting and blood is shown, it becomes clear that this is not the case. Still, as much as I’d like to take the series seriously, I just can’t.
Cute furry animals are probably the last thing anyone wants to see get shot. Which leads me to ponder the following question: who is the target audience for this show?
