Here we have a middle-aged women (who looks like she could be a school teacher) insulting a scrawny cop. Sure, she’s mean, but I just can’t help myself from laughing at the pathetic situation.

Especially when the lady knees him in the balls and calls him a “dickless wonder.”

Insult comic or not, driving while under the influence is very serious offense. Obviously the woman was intoxicated to the point that she couldn’t drive well. I’ve seen some of my friends drink till they were babbling and I’d never imaginable that a drunk could be this witty.

I, for one, would love to see how this woman heckles sober. I bet she’d make a great stand-up comic.
