It’s a parody of someone helping their mom use an iPad. And everything they say and do mirrors the experience we’ve probably all had.
As someone in their 40s I had to learn to use these technologies myself, but older people assume us middle-aged folks know how to do everything instantly.
The sad thing is I know it won’t be long until I’m having to ask younger people how to do something on whatever technology is released between now and when I get old.
