It’s far, far too easy to buy a gun in the United States of America. Whether through legal or not-so-legal means.
And if you need proof, this clip from The Simpsons shows just how easy the process is.
OK, so I know it’s The Simpsons, and therefore not based entirely on real-life. But this really isn’t far from the truth.
There’s no way Homer Simpson should be put in charge of a gun, which has the capacity to kill, main, and injure lots of people. And yet he gets one.
This is especially timely seeing as the U.S. appears to be heading for a civil war.
