I guess we have ended all wars, fed, clothed, and housed everyone, and eradicated disease. No? Then why are we spending an inordinate amount of time getting offended over everything?
I try not to offend anyone, ever. I’m not racist, I’m not sexist, and I’m ageist. And I suspect most people are the same as me.
However, that doesn’t mean I won’t occasionally laugh at an off-color joke, or fail to get upset about the latest non-issue of the day.
The problem is that’s not allowed these days, at least if you buy into the notion that everything is potentially offensive. I don’t, which is why this video made me laugh out loud.
