Rocket League is one of the most popular video games around at the moment. Especially amongst people who play exclusively online against other like-minded individuals.
This is an odd game which sees you essentially playing soccer in cars. It sounds dumb but is actually really fun to play. Partly thanks to modern technology.
This video imagines what Rocket League would have looked like had it been made in 1998 as a PlayStation game. And suffice to say it doesn’t look quite as good.
Interestly, I can imagine Rocket League working rather well as a top down game though. It would look like the original Grand Theft Auto, and I’d probably be a lot better at it than I am the modern version.
