The last time I was in an airport, I had the most absolutely horrible experience, so I actually have a lot of sympathy for this guy.

I didn’t lose my baggage, but I reckon on my first flight to Australia, if I had, I would be a hundred times more upset than this guy.

You have to love the airport attendant lady. Even Australia has stupidly oblivious people. It is just too bad that we have some of them greeting the new arrivals.
