Openly gay actor George Takei says what we were all thinking in this video against former Arkansas school board member Clint McCance.
If you don’t know, Mr. McCance has encouraged gay teens to commit suicide and applauded AIDS for claiming the lives of so many homosexuals. Clearly the man is a douchebag, and Takei tells him so.
It’s worrying that a man with such views was ever in a position of power around such impressionable young people. Thank goodness we have inspirational people like Takei around to right the balance.
Hopefully those teens in trouble will heed his words rather than the destructive ones of McCance and folks of his ilk.
