I believe that as stewards in a sense, of the earth, that we should be conservationist where possible, that we should be careful to not willy nilly deplete resources without a plan to replenish, etc. BUT, I do not believe in the religion surrounding this, the Gaia worship, by those who need a replacement for God or something, and the manipulation of facts and data, to "prove" a false case, in order to facilitate making oodles of money, by the likes of Al Gore, and the Cap n Trade folks, all with a huge vested interest in fear mongering to scare the masses into compliance to a new almost, totalitarian mentality vis a vis, "Green" ideologies and corrupt self-enriching "prophets".
