Today signals the start of Hanukkah, also known as Chanukah or the Festival of Lights. It’s a Jewish holiday that lasts eight full days and sees eight candles lit over the course of its duration.

This video features Adam Sandler singing his celebrated Hanukkah song. While most of the jokes are a bit beyond me, not being Jewish or anything, it’s a light-hearted look at a serious religious holiday, which is always good.

I personally think Adam Sandler is overrated and not actually that funny. But he seems to have a song for every occasion, making him perfect for appearances here on WebTVHub.

I do like the way Sandler treats this song though, pumping out a rock ballad for a very austere and respected holiday. I wonder if his rabbi likes his Hanukkah song or not?
