This video is clever because it does two things: prints the words on screen for you to read along; changes the speed of he reverse playback in order to make the words audible. It’s clearly an attempt to prove something that has no basis in fact.
While it’s true that you can hear the words being said by Robert Plant during a verse of Stairway To Heaven, it’s an invented reality. I’m almost sure you could make any piece of spoken text say something different in reverse by altering the pitch.
The funniest part of this video though is what Led Zeppelin are meant to have said. Why would you go to the trouble of inserting a hidden message in a song only to talk about paths and tool sheds? The answer: you wouldn’t.
