I’m an avid gamer, and can see the value in most consoles and titles. But this home-brew PC game has little to recommend it. Except, I guess, the humor derived from playing it or watching it being played by others.

The name of this game is Sumotori Dreams, and it’s described as a sumo wrestling simulator. I thought a simulator was meant to simulate something exactly as it is in real life?

The problem is I’ve never seen sumo wrestlers who stumble about as if they’re drunk and fall over at the slightest hint of an obstacle being in their way. I know they’re not the lithest of people, but they’re far from this unfit or clumsy.

I’m tempted to play this game just for a laugh. Most modern games take themselves very seriously, so I guess it’s a breath of fresh air to see one that doesn’t
