I had no idea deviled eggs were so easy to make! Knowing that I’ve paid around $15 for a plate of these eggs kind of almost makes me sick to my stomach. Really, the only tricky part is the process that they hardly show in this video- peeling the boiled eggs.
After numerous failed attempts, I can personally recommend using a spoon to tap the top of the egg to peel it after boiling. Other than that, this appetizer has to be one of the simplest one around.
But don’t tell that to the dinner guests.
