I admit to thinking about a similar ploy before, but I had no idea that this kind of plate would be acceptable. I’m pretty sure it reads “O D 0 0 O D 0” but it’s hard to tell, even more so if you’re a camera. I wonder, could he get away with parking tickets as well?
My only concern is the predicament he’ll be in if he ever gets pulled over. I can’t speak for all cops, but I’d expect them to get annoyed at the very least. It’s a known fact that police don’t like smart asses, even if they are creative.
