There is one rule we should all remember when we visit a comedy club: leave your political correctness at the door. Jokes about race, gender, sexuality, politics, celebrities, and any other potentially controversial subject are likely to be plentiful, so it pays not to be too sensitive.

Apparently the uptight English woman in this video had never heard of this unwritten rule.

She’s attending a performance by Aussie comic Brendon Burns, and is convinced that his jokes about racism are directed at her. In fact, she’s convinced the entire show has been directed at her. It’s a fairly egotistical assumption, and one Brendon doesn’t take lying down.

This video teaches us two things. Never try to argue with a comedian. With their superior wit they’re probably going to best you. And remember to always bring your sense of humor to a comedy show!
