ImprovEverywhere

You can always pull off a few pranks with your friends, but what about hundreds of people doing it with you? Impossible? Not really.

ImprovEverywhere is an organization that does just that. Since August of 2001, the New York based group has executed over 70 missions with thousands of volunteers.

Unlike most pranks, however, these guys don’t break the rules or humiliate people like on shows such as Viva La Bam. But that doesn’t mean they can’t still “stick it to the man”. As stated on their site:

“A prank doesn’t have to involve humiliation or embarrassment; it can simply be about making someone laugh, smile, or stop to notice the world around them.”

207 People Frozen at Grand Central Station

Sure there are movies in which time stops, but what if that actually happened in one of the busiest places in the world: Grand Central Station. This is just one of those great pranks ImprovEverywhere has pulled off.

I have to commend the volunteers for doing such a good job. I’m sure there have been incidents where the authorities have been a hassle for these pranksters.
