The 2014 Tour De France began this past weekend, with two days of cycling through the English countryside.
This video shows the Global Cycling Network previewing the event, as three enthusiasts sit in a cafe in Holmfirth discussing the form of the riders and predicting who will do well.
Yorkshire was chosen as the venue for the opening stages of the 2014 Tour De France, and with good reason. This is one of the most scenic areas of the UK, with plenty of hills around the Yorkshire Dales and Peak District.
The 2014 Tour De France is the 101st Tour De France, and although the first three stages are in England, the rest are in France. The whole thing comes to an end in Paris on July 27.
