I’ll take slightly dry cookies over cauliflower any day.
I know it’s just a short news segment, but I wish they would have gotten more into what exactly is in those cookies. Amino acids are great, but if they’re loaded with sugar, that takes away any good use.
Obviously this isn’t going to work for everyone – hunger isn’t the reason a lot of people are overweight – but hey, if they work for some people to get them to where they need to be… After that, it’s up to regular healthy eating to maintain.
Heck, I would give it a go. Who knows?
