I’ve always been more of a Conan fan myself, so naturally, I was excited when he took over ‘The Tonight Show’ last year. But now, NBC is trying to move Conan to 12:05 and Leno to 11:30.

As you can tell from these clips, neither are happy with the move. Conan has even threatened to quit.

Does 30 minutes really make that much of a difference? According to NBC, the move is supposed to boost ratings for Leno. However, Conan sees the change as a slap in the face and refuses to take part in what he calls the “destruction” of the show.

It was also revealed this week that Conan’s move to ‘The Tonight Show’ was a contract negotiated 6 years ago. Since this is the case, I can see why Conan would be pretty upset about taking over the show and not getting the timeslot.
