Family and friends of the recently deceased Natasha Richardson have gathered at the American Irish Historical Society for a private wake.

Wife of actor Liam Neeson, mother of two sons and one more powerful film industry member of the Redgrave family, Natasha Richardson certainly had everything going for her.

However, after taking a fall on a ski trip, everything changed when she was rushed to hospital and then died after being transferred.

While I fully admit that I had never even heard of her name until her death, I do feel for the family who are dealing with their sudden loss.
