Barack Obama is a world leader who seems to be ripe for parody. Some of these are hard on him, ripping him to shreds for his personable approach to politics, while others are less harsh, as is the case with this effort from JibJab.
JibJab decided to poke a bit of light-hearted fun at the President of the United States by producing an animated video of Obama as a superhero willing and able to save the world from itself.
The clip is really cleverly done, showing Obama changing from mild-mannered politician to arse-kicking superhero able to take on the whole of Iraq, the Taliban in Afghanistan, and all the problems facing the U.S..
The clip has already been shown to Obama himself, whiles he was at the Radio and Television Correspondents’ Association dinner on Friday night (June 19). I haven’t seen any reports of his reaction to it though.
