President Bush is already notorious for his many speech mishaps, Freudian slips, or Bushisms as some call them. Though, now it looks as though he may have some serious competition.

Surely, if McCain gets elected as President the ‘baton of speech slaughtering’ will also be passed.

I don’t know if McCain’s old age is kicking in or what, but this speech mishap has to be the worst of his career so far. It hasn’t been more than two weeks and already Obama is ahead in the polls in Pennsylvania. Could it possibly have something to do with this? I wonder.

As for the crowd’s reaction, I’m sure we would have seen some shocked faces and jaws dropping had the camera panned out. And is it just me or does Cindy McCain look pissed off?
