Jonah Hill called a Paparazzi photographer a “faggot” after putting up with being followed all day. This video shows Hill apologizing on The Tonight Show.
I have to say I think this was all a little unnecessary. No one likes that word, and to see it used by a celebrity is a little disappointing, but it’s not exactly the end of the world.
Louis CK does a whole routine about the word “fag” where he insists the word should be used in a context other than calling people out for being gay. He has a point.
Jonah Hill probably should have chosen his words more carefully, but he doesn’t deserve to be castigated over it. I’m sure we have all said things we regret in the heat of an argument.
