Last night Australia held its version of the Grammys, the ARIAs. Just like the Grammys, the presentations are tedious but the performances are just enough to keep you from switching off.

Arguably the best performance of the night was Keith Urban and John Butler performing Funky Tonight. When you get two of the biggest names in the Australian music industry on stage together, magic happens.

John is Australia’s greatest blues and roots artist, and Keith’s brand of country is taking the world by storm, but their different backgrounds don’t seem to matter here.

Judging by their enthusiastic performance, it seems these Aussie superstars enjoyed playing together as much as I enjoyed watching it.
