Kristi came in on the first week and swept the floor and the judges with the highest scores ever achieved by a celebrity on Dancing With The Stars during the first week(s) of performances.

Some people are griping, of course, that she has an unfair advantage with her ice skating; but I don’t really see it.

Similarities may be poise, appearance and performance, but I’ve danced my whole life and if you put me in a pair of skates and pushed me out on ice, I wouldn’t be doing twirls with ease just because of my dancing background.

With that said, I would love to see a women finally win the title again! It’s been far too long, and finally we have a female contestant that can give those ‘boys’ a run for their money.
