Come on. Is anyone truly surprised that the Lifetime channel would see something in the news like this and try to make a made for television movie out of it?
As is pointed out in this video, no one has really been able to talk to the actual girls to figure out what exactly happened with this, so I am hesitant to put any sort of judgment.
However, I do agree that it goes beyond coincidence that seventeen girls in the same high school all got pregnant around the same time.
It is a sad event, and I hope that this movie provides some warning to kids considering anything close to the same thing.
