This is Murp, a band led by a little girl screaming into a microphone like a true death metal star, and what looks like her older brother on the drums.
No one seems to know much about these kids, but their videos are growing in popularity. Zombie Skin is the first to have gone viral, and I suspect a record deal (or at least a lot more interest) is coming their way.
They’re based in the U.S., and the guitar part is probably provided by one of the parents. Beyond that it’s just awesome to see young kids playing hard rock music.
I just hope they haven’t been pushed into this. They certainly look to be enjoying themselves, which is good enough for me.
