Early this morning at Hampton University in Virgina, a gunman shot two other people and then himself after he entered Harkness Hall.
At this point it’s too early to get any clear facts about the motivation for the shooting. It would seem to be a rather random event, given the shooter shot a hall monitor and a pizza delivery person.
Perhaps something larger was planned but the shooter couldn’t go through with it any longer and turned the gun on himself.
All we can do is hope the victims survive and be thankful that the incident this morning wasn’t a lot worse.
