Looper is a new sci-fi movie starring Bruce Willis and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, who, strangely enough, play the exact same character even though they both appear on screen together.

This is Jeremy Jahns’ review of the mind-bogglingly inventive Looper.

The title refers to a job title that exists once time travel is invented and then instantly prohibited. Loopers are people who work for the mob killing the people it sends back in time.

This is a perfect system that works extremely well until the old version of Joseph Gordon-Levitt turns up as the next victim. Can he really kill himself, even though it’s his future self?

Looper looks to be a must-see for sci-fi fans everywhere. It’s clever, creative, inventive, and has more twists and turns than your average M. Night Shyamalan flick. I’m in.
