Michelle Shocked lived up to her name over the weekend when she reportedly shocked fans by condemning gay people using inflammatory and hateful language.

The show was cut short after Shocked aired her religious views on homosexuality, and further planned concerts have been cancelled.

This video is simple but very effective. It features a guy expressing his right to reply, essentially doling out the same treatment to Michelle Shocked as she doled out to gay people.

Everyone is entitled to believe what they want to believe. But why Shocked felt it necessary to give what is effectively a hate speech while on stage is beyond me.
