I can scramble an egg no problem. I’m also a dab-hand at frying them, although I sometimes break the yolks. But when it comes to poaching, things never seem to go according to plan.

This clever clip from Videojug shows us a neat trick for getting it right.

The best part is that there are no fancy and expensive kitchen gadgets required. In fact, all you need is a humble can of tuna. But you might want to actually eat the contents first. Otherwise you’ll make a very different kind of breakfast!

This is just the sort of vid that inspires me to try poached eggs again!
