As we all know, officers can be really nasty sometimes and may even take advantage of their power. As a United States citizen, it’s important to know your most important right when encountering an officer: the right to remain silent.

Even though the attorney in this video says he’ll provide 10 reasons why you should never speak to an officer, he only has time for 8. The most important one is the first that states “There is NO way it can help you.”
