It looks like Microsoft is looking into anime now. A decade ago, you probably didn’t think of video games when you thought of Microsoft, but that all changed with Halo and the Xbox. Now they’re teaming up with the legendary Toei Animation Studio to make a Halo anime.

As a fan of both Halo and anime, I personally can’t wait for this series to come out. Production IG amazed anime fans with their groundbreaking CGI-incorporation in Ghost In The Shell and I don’t see why they can’t do it again.

This trailer, however, is a bit disappointing. Not even one second of this trailer is dedicated to showing the storyline or introducing any characters. Since there isn’t any dialog it’s more like a teaser than anything else.
