Niki Evans is one of The X Factor 4 contestants who has been accused of playing on the sympathy vote, as she had her own sad story to tell at her first audition.

Niki wasn’t going to bother applying for The X Factor ended up doing so after finding an application form meant for her in her recently deceased father’s belongings.

Now that we’re nearing the end of the series, she is proving she is there on merit, as she has shown her talent and what a great voice she has over the last few weeks.

This YouTube video sees her wowing the judges with a rendition of classic Sinead O’Connor hit Nothing Compares To You.

Niki is still in the show, and has managed to avoid being in the bottom two acts so far. I think she has a great chance of winning as she is one of the most consistent performers on the show.
