Pumpkin cheesecake sounds delicious. But as it’s a very American dish I haven’t ever tried it. This video showing Judy Parks making one makes me want to sample some right now. And on none other than Thanksgiving.

Cheesecakes of any variety can be tricky to make and easy to get wrong. The base can crack, the filling can be lumpy, and the whole thing can end up looking like it has already been digested once before.

This video seeks to prevent you from making those simple errors that can ruin the dessert. Which you really don’t want to be doing when you have a houseful of guests beating their cutlery on the table.

The end result is what looks to be a delicious pumpkin cheesecake, the latest dish of a series I have watched made which make me wish Thanksgiving was celebrated in the U.K. as well as the U.S.
