Running on ice and snow isn’t my idea of fun. But for some reason this “Iceman” can do it while barefoot and shirtless. He has the ability to adapt to freezing temperatures and produce heat in situations where most people would freeze to death.

Here he attempts to set a world record for running 22 kilometers in -18 degrees Celsius while barefoot. He’s insane.

I’m a big fan of the phrase “mind over matter” and this clip is an amazing example of that. When he passes the test that the physician does, I found it inspirational. It just goes to show you what we humans are capable of.

My only complain with this video is the fact that they make him seem like he has “powers” like a superhero of some sort. I’m sure anyone with enough focus could set their mind to accomplish this if needed. I’m someone is doing it.
