There are a few things you can count on in American Idol auditions: talented folks, really untalented folks, and some nut jobs. One of this season’s memorable contestants, for all the wrong reasons, was crazy Alexis Cohen.

While most of us just laughed at Alexis’ explosive farewell speech, comedians Rhett and Link recognized its lyrical potential. Here they present Alexis’ tremendous tirade in song form.

This is just so clever. Perhaps if Alexis had sung this instead of her Jefferson Airplane number she would have been a little more “victorious” in the competition?
