Russell Brand Nazi Comments Video | Comedian Brands Hugo Boss At GQ Awards

This video shows Russell Brand having a pop at Hugo Boss, both the company and the man, for being involved with the Nazis 70-odd years ago.

This joke eventually led to Brand being kicked out of the GQ Awards ceremony, or at least that’s the rumor.

Technically Brand is correct in what he said. Hugo Boss was a Nazi, having joined the party in 1931. Still, both Ford and Volkswagen were also Nazi-supporting companies, and we have forgiven them.

Plus, Brand has been known to wear Hugo Boss outfits himself, having allegedly done so six months ago at the Oscars. So his sudden denouncing of the company seems a little hypocritical.
