Sometimes a movie is so bad it goes full circle and becomes good. This seems to be the case with Wish Upon, a film so bad you really should see it. And laugh. And cry. And pity Hollywood.
Wish Upon is essentially a teen horror flick. A teenage girl discovers an old artefact capable of granting wishes, and then proceeds to go on an unintentional killing spree.
The reviews haven’t exactly been kind to Wish Upon, which leads me to believe it’s a legitimately bad movie. But all of the reviewers seemed to enjoy Wish Upon on some fundamental level.
I’m not going to see Wish Upon in a movie theater, but I will definitely check it out when it inevitably lands on Netflix sometime next year.
