Perhaps you’ve already heard of ScienCentral. After all, many of their made-for-web videos have been featured on ABC’s local TV affiliate stations.

If you’re searching for the latest science news without all those annoying ads or pointless political babble, then look no further.

ScienCentral has been around since ‘96, but it was only 2 years ago that they started to expand on YouTube. On a weekly basis, the channel covers everything from exclusive interviews from former astronauts to health advancements like HIV-immune cells.

Most of their segments are only a few minutes long but still address important medical, environmental, and technological issues. See below for a typical example…
